A few clear ground rules for your little daily reset.

1. Introduction
No Back Pain (the "App") and nobackpainapp.com are operated by Reyniche LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These terms govern your use of the App and website. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices; agreement to these terms does not replace any separate consent required by law.
2. General wellness only — not medical advice
No Back Pain provides movement reminders, a Big 3 timer, walk nudges, feeling check-ins, a mascot, and streak tracking for general wellness. Despite its name, it is not a medical device, healthcare service, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or promise of pain relief. Its content does not replace advice from a qualified clinician. Consult a doctor about pain, injuries, existing conditions, or whether an activity is appropriate for you. Never delay care because of information in the App.
Only perform movements you can do safely. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. Seek urgent medical care for red-flag symptoms, including new or worsening weakness, numbness around the groin, or loss of bladder or bowel control. This list is not exhaustive. The App does not monitor your health or provide emergency services.
3. App services and your device
The App is currently for iPhone and stores streaks, settings, and history on your device without an account. Features depend on compatible hardware, iOS, permissions, and your settings. Notifications and timers may be delayed or interrupted; do not rely on them for safety-critical tasks. You are responsible for your device security, appropriate backups, and choosing safe times and places to move. We do not guarantee cloud recovery or synchronization of local data.
4. Pricing, future subscriptions, and refunds
The App is free at launch. No paid subscription is required for this initial version. If paid features or subscriptions are offered later, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial conditions will be disclosed in the App Store purchase flow before you purchase. Apple will process purchases and manage billing; no direct card checkout is offered on this website.
Any future subscription may renew automatically as disclosed by Apple unless canceled within the applicable deadline. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to applicable law. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Any future price changes or trial conversion terms are subject to Apple’s rules and legally required notice or consent.
5. Eligibility and acceptable use
Use the App only as permitted by applicable law. It is not directed to children under 13. If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf. You agree not to misuse the App or website, interfere with their security, introduce malicious code, infringe others’ rights, or bypass any future paid-feature access controls. Do not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer the App except where applicable law permits. These restrictions do not prevent you from changing reminder settings, stopping a session, or uninstalling the App.
6. Ownership and third-party services
We and our licensors retain rights in the App, its branding, original content, and website. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App personally in accordance with these terms and applicable App Store rules. Apple and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. No endorsement by Apple or any medical professional is implied.
7. Changes and discontinuation
We may improve, change, or discontinue features or update these terms. We will identify revisions on this page and give reasonable advance notice of material changes where practicable and required by law. Urgent legal or security changes may require earlier action. Any future paid subscription changes remain subject to applicable consumer rights and App Store rules. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the App.
8. No guarantees; limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accurate reminder timing, preserved local data, or any health or wellness outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reyniche LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the App or website, including lost data or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights, remedies, or warranties. These terms do not require you to waive rights that applicable law protects.
9. Stopping use and termination
You can stop using the App at any time and delete it from your device. We may restrict access to any services we operate where reasonably necessary to address a material violation, security risk, abuse, or legal requirement. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. We cannot remotely erase your on-device history. If paid services are offered later, termination does not itself cancel Apple billing or remove legally required refund rights; manage subscriptions through Apple.
